What is AURA-SOMA^®?

AURA-SOMA^® is a color therapy for your soul or as we also like to call it the « non-intrusive, self selective soul therapy «. This phrase perfectly fits with the AURA-SOMA^® because the system itself respects and supports the new paradigms about healing and the inner knowing that the greater healer is inside of us and can tell us – who we are and what we need in our life – through our calling to certain color combinations.

AURA-SOMA^® teaches that through the colors we choose, we can also open ourselves up to our potential, our birthright, our birth gifts and our birth obligations.

The word aura means “light” and refers to the facets of colored light within each of us, the potential of our soul- the soul’s purpose. Soma refers to the being who resides in the body. AURA-SOMA^® thus communicates the concept that we are, in essence, beings of light or living energies. As in the perspective of quantum physics- that all matter is light vibrating at different frequencies- human beings are, at the cellular level, bio photons, taking in and giving out light. As we recognize our true colors, we have the opportunity to re-cognize ourselves in the mirror of the color. We are given a clue to the color ray upon which we have incarnated.

The History of AURA-SOMA^® 

In 1984 the name AURA-SOMA^® and the vision of its creation, was bestowed upon Vicky Wall. In a series of re-occurring meditative visions - Vicky was given the same message repeatedly - she was told to "go and divide the waters".

Vicky, a practicing chiropodist, pharmacist and herbalist was 66 years of age and clinically blind. She had no idea what she was doing when she found her self in her small laboratory and formulating a mixture comprising different layers and colors of the most natural ingredients she could find.

This marked the birth of 'Equilibrium' . Vicky later reported - "that other hands had guided her own" - she could see neither the beautiful jewels she had spontaneously and inspirationally created nor their possible intended purpose. Even more bewildering to her was the resonant power she felt emanating from them, as they radiated in the sunlight of the following morning - clearly revealing two distinctly separate and different layers.

Thousands of Vickys' clients were attracted to the 'Equilibrium' Bottles and this allowed her to build a body of solidly researched knowledge. Why did people choose certain bottles? What affect did the bottle/s have on their life after continued exposure to them? What were the individuals "life dynamics" before and after continued exposure to or use of the contents of certain bottles?

Over a period of a few short years, this in depth analytical approach verified the answers to all these questions and more. With absolute certainty Vicky was able to confirm the premise that "Color speaks a language of Its own ".

Mike Booth met Vicky in 1984 and from that date remained with her, as her constant companion and confidant. They traveled and taught together until her death in 1991. Since that time Mike has been responsible for the development of the wonderful AURA-SOMA^® system, his efforts and dedication has brought AURA-SOMA^® into the lives of many people. AURA-SOMA^® attracts a growing global following with a system that satisfies some of the needs we are discovering in a profoundly changing.

How does it work?

After the fourth bottle has been selected, your AURA-SOMA^® practitioner will interpret what the chosen bottles reflect about you. The colors you choose will tell your story. You are presented with a unique vision and understanding of your life at the present time. You are able to connect a little deeper with your inner motivations, your life purpose, automatic reactions, and subtle life patterns.
You are also presented with the special qualities or gifts you have to work with in creating a more empowered space for choices in your life. Wherever you are on your journey through life, the AURA-SOMA^® colors are valuable tools to assist you. At then end of the consultation, your Aura Soma practitioner will make recommendations based on the four bottles you have chosen in your consultation., as well as any Pomander and Quintessence bottles. You can purchase these products and use them for your own healing.

How to use it?

There are many ways to experience the Equilibrium bottles. You could imagine swimming in the bottle, letting your imagination immerse you in the colors. You could visualize the colors, breathing them in and exhaling them to surround yourself with a transparent cloud of your favorites. The bottles might sit by your bedside or you can massage them in to your body.

What is in the bottles?

In the Equilibrium bottles, the upper half, or fraction, contains essential oil extracts, the energies of the crystals and the lower fraction water extracts and also the energies of the crystals, so that both parts of a plant are present in the bottle. When the bottle is shaken, the two parts form a temporary emulsion that has a sympathetic bio-compatibility with our physical body and is readily absorbed through the skin.

As we select our bottles and apply the liquid to our bodies, we receive a reflection of a facet of the jewel that we are. At the same time we have a sense of our place in the great sea of universal consciousness. Our own heart is reflected in the heart and potential of the earth, and the earth is reflected in us. We are each a reflection and an aspect of the whole.

POMANDERS

The name POMANDER was given during the Dark Ages of European history to formally name the method of emitting Sacred Vapors.

And so it has been since the beginning of Man's awareness, that Incense has been Universally used by many, to emulate and honor..…

Pomander is the name given to a fragrant bouquet, sometimes presented in a small box made of braided straw or sewn into fabric, but also in the form of a bouquet of flowers, or fruit pierced with spices. In times past they were used for protection, for disinfection, for cleaning of the atmosphere - similarly to the burning of frankincense, sage and other herbs.

AURA-SOMA^® Pomanders were conceived to give protection to the aura, acting specifically on the electromagnetic field that closely surrounds the physical body. They also act to strengthen the energetic field. The auric body, like the physical, can become damaged for numerous reasons. The application of a Pomander around the energetic field may repair those areas that are damaged. The regular application of a Pomander acts as protection against vibrations that might be of harm. Kirlian photography has shown this effect as a bar around the aura that lasts for up to several hours after application of the chosen Pomander.

AURA-SOMA^® Pomanders are available in 15 different fragrance combinations and colors. They contain extracts from plants and herbs in an alcoholic solution. Three drops on the palm of your left hand, rubbed together with your right hand and passed through and around your aura, are sufficient to surround you with a delicate web which may help to give you refreshment. Finish by deeply inhaling the fragrance from between your hands. How to select a pomander? It can be done by the color we are most drawn too, by the smell or choosing the Equilibrium bottles. The base of the first chosen bottle shows the pomander that could be most useful.

QUINTESSENCES

Quintessence’s are the subtlest of all the products in the AURA-SOMA^® range. They are similar to the Pomanders in that they act directly on the fields surrounding the physical body, but whereas the primary purpose of the Pomanders is to protect the aura, the function of the Quintessence’s is to align ourselves with a particular project or for any situation that we recognize a specific quality of energy would be helpful.

Quintessence’s Following on from the development of the AURA-SOMA^® Pomanders, came the Quintessence’s. The fragrant arrangements unite with tender pastel colors. Place three drops on the pulse point of your left hand and surround yourself with a wonderful aroma.

Under Divine Guidance, AURA-SOMA^® has released the Sacred Trust of the Masters through their respective Sacred Vapors - The Quintessence’s.

Each of the Masters has their own Color Ray or "vibrational harmonic". These subtle frequencies are released through inhalation, and in the process, their wavelength is decoded and the portal between the Self and that Master is unlocked.
